Pros

Excellent benefits. Many opportunities to switch jobs within and without of a particular area. Very rewarding if you are willing to work for it. Always a new challenge coming.

Cons

Technology is behind the times, but they are working it. Secretive about compensation and HR policies. Initiative overload, list of new projects never-ending. A little more reactive and not proactive in many areas.

pay not great,alot of hours strict rules just a number to adm can be replaced at any time in my opinion
