      Interesting line of work, good benefits, competitive salary

      Long hours. You are expected to work at least 55 hours per week. Layoffs occur every couple years. I was in a program that was said to be more secure than ever. A month later, the whole program was eliminated

      To many. Management terminated someone and brought them back the next day. Supervisor makes promises to his employees and doesn't follow through, HR knows nothing and tells employees everybody's business.
