Management is generally approachable, and there are good opportunities for growth if you take initiative. Benefits are competitive, and the company is well-organized. It’s a great environment for those who enjoy client service and process-oriented work.

      There’s a lot to learn, and adapting to frequent changes in systems or processes requires flexibility.
