Pros

benefits and PTO. its nice to not be working

Cons

know that you are working in a call center you are expected to meet certain metrics. managers will be all over you you will feel completely burned out every day. ADP systems constantly break and floods of calls come in. you are a number in this company. your "yearly raise" will be around 30 cents a year lol

Pros

Looks good on a resume, work to life balance is ok, benefits are pretty good

Cons

Pay is low for the things associates have to deal with, little to no support from management, and there is rampant nepotism that ruins incentive for hard workers as they see mediocre colleagues get promoted due to favoritism.
