Fabulous Culture Excellent room for growth They really want you to be successful, and will lay out solid plans to get you where you want to be.

You really have to work to maintain work-life balance. You can't assume your leaders know where your limits are.

People were amazing to work with

Cons

Was given a poor territory that I had no potential in growth with my career. Recommend for anybody applying here to verify what cities are available for assigned territory. Some account managers will lend a hand but will take your leads if you do not protect them.

The people. Young vibrant culture

Cons

Higher ups. Basically have to kiss their butts to be promoted or really liked. Upper management has no clue how over worked their employees are. The AM role is ridiculously stressful and there are not enough hours in a day to get everything done. to many clients for one person.
