-International company means lots of options for relocation -onsite cafeteria (for convenience) -onsite medical care (no copays)

Cons

-high deductible and out-of-pocket max on health insurance (low monthly premiums) -moving away from working-from-home -small/low annual raises -no bonuses for hourly employees
