Pros

They do a good job of selecting quality candidates and the people I worked with were top notch. They do try to make the job fun, theme days, lots of goodies handed out, and hours team-building. The onboarding is solid. Lots of opportunities for OT.

Cons

The pay is not in line with the sheer volume of work and knowledge required. It is difficult to provide a high level of service and meet metrics. Your experience will definitely vary depending on the manager you are assigned to. If you are lucky you will be assigned to a manager who was promoted from within and will serve as an additional resource. Some managers avoid escalations like the plague, leaving line staff without help.
