Pros

Ok coworkers and offered lunches every so often. Being able to work from home sometimes.

Cons

Pay needs to be higher Favoritism and micro-managing is rampant in the company. If you're not on the manager's favorite list, don't expect true help only expect to be looked down on.

Great benefits,great co workers,good work environment.
