Pros

Decent pay compared to other similar positions. Knowledge pay programs to pay for certificates.

Cons

Asked team lead for more time for working on cases, they said to use my 15-minute breaks. In most of a year of employment, have only spoken directly with my manager twice for less than 5 minutes each time.
