Great place to start, but the finish line is blurry

Good starting pay than most call centers, cafeteria, free gym, you meet great people

Cons

They try to say it’s not a call center to get people through the door but it’s most DEFINITELY a call center. Tax department is going down hill — fast!

Good benefits and time off. Decent starting wage.

Cons

Poor management and high turnover. Company has a hard time keeping folks because of the under staffing people get overworked and are not compensated for it. Management implements changes in processes without proper thought and then change the process back to the original after the change fails.
