Good Work/Life Balance

Pros

I love the work/life balance at ADP. Training is also good. I've been lucky to work with great teams and great managers. They offer great PTO benefits especially working for more than 5 years.

Cons

Can be stressful at times. The pay could be a little bit better for the amount of work we do.

Not What I Expected

Pros

Good training on how 401k accounts work, good people, chance to work at home sometimes

Cons

No communication, position changed drastically in less than a year from what I was told it would be, more work and less people and no change in pay, new manager and too many changes all at once, some of them make no sense. Outsource customer service to another country which causes a lot of cranky calls to the US call centers and many of our overseas colleagues don't understand the basics of retirement accounts and the US economy/tax system. They are great people, though.

Pros

Good benefits and great sales learning tools

Cons

Challenging quotas, and a lot of turn over of employees.
