Pros

Training, leadership, perks, a ton of internal support and assistance for the job itself and outside of the job. So much room for growth. There are so many tools and helpful resources for your position and advancement opportunities.

Cons

Mandatory overtime Some of the expectations are a bit far reaching if you want to provide quality service or if support is longer than expected. It's a team effort mostly, so you're almost always going to be counting on another person for the major issues.
