Pros

Work Environment ,Higher management support, Good encouragement from leads,Team bonding Training sessions conducted on the profile we work which helped us to improve ourselves professionally. Giving team members chance to explore themselves in research and developing our skills by taking initiatives which would help us and organisation to grow. We enjoy max in events like Family day & Company day. ADP Rocks!!!

Cons

I dont have any challenges till date , yes if i have would take it forward to my manager where i would get good support and deliver the things in easiest way.
