Works holidays Department works from 7am to 9pm (an 8-5pm is not given to everyone) You either get Saturday rotation or scheduled to work every Sunday or Saturday Only close for one or two Holidays a year Required to work the day before and after in order to obtain holiday pay on the day the holiday falls on Little to no opportunity to grow Most managers just care about the coverage and not the employees work-life balance When company has lunches or events we get the leftovers and/or do not get to participate due to calls Other departments are off on holidays and get to leave early due to holidays or weather etc., but the call center does not. During covid we were working from home and when it was time to return only the CC department came back and the remaining departments did for a few days and then you would no longer see them around the facility Management team truly are not on the same page they continuously contradict themselves and the TL demand respect and belittle you Any request for days off is rarely approved You're unable to know plan trips since you would not know if the days off are approved until the week of or the week before
