      Pros

      Able to work from home two days a week. Like most of my coworkers.

      Cons

      Don't know what the real direction of ADP is anymore. Don't feel like they value tenured employees. They say they want Consultants to be consultative but then they overload them with clients so they struggle to keep up. Involved in too many meetings and tasks; always being reactive instead of proactive.
