      Pros

      ADP was an amazing experience and for those looking to jump-start their career, it is a great option. I was given extensive training in customer service, how to handle clients over the phone, and basic payroll concepts.

      Cons

      Just like most of corporate america, we were always understaffed. There is a good bit of turnover as well.
