Pros

ADP is great at acknowledging hard work but your picture in a slideshow at the town hall doesn’t pay the bills.

Cons

All they care about is metrics. They don’t care that they overload their employees with too many clients and don’t pay enough for employees to even want to stay there. You’ll get a .30 cent raise every year and they think that will motivate you to want to stay. It’s almost impossible for anybody to move departments because your manager will not help you.
