Very bad management

Pros

Flexible working hours, salary, sometimes you can work from home. Nice building. Nothing else to add, I even wrote to much about it.

Cons

Very bad management. I was working for them through Adecco for 6 months. They did not extend my contract with the excuse: "there is no budget for you" and after a few months I discovered that they hired another two people. During my employments nobody told me that I was not doing my job properly.
