      It's a job but barely pays the bills

      Cons

      everything is being outsourxced, no ethics- you have to bribe the VP's to get promoted, CSR's are under trained, overworked and underpaid leading to poor service and unsecured financial records. Human Resources covers up all complaints of discrimination
