ADP takes steps necessary to prevent harassment and other inappropriate workplace conduct from occurring, such as establishing, distributing, and enforcing a policy prohibiting harassment, and retaliation and setting out a procedure for making and promptly investigating complaints. ADP also provides anti-harassment training to managers and non-managers alike. We take these allegations seriously and will look into these promptly.
