Implementation Consultant's salary is extremely low not even 1/4 of US counterparts salary and not even half of other implem consultant in the Philippines. They are suddenly operating as a call center. The culture changed. They are sending "Nasty Emails" as quoted by the hr coordinator to competitors who are willing to give the correct salary to employees that wants to leave.
