People are great and want to see you succeed

Cons

Pay is absolute trash. Huge company that charges an arm and a leg to clients, but pays their employees 20-40% less than their competitors. All they care about is NPS surveys and productivity. They micromanage you and offer raffles to compensate for their lack of pay. You also CANNOT take time off during the holidays, it’s a blacked out PTO period. No paid lunches either. An extremely boring and challenging job, expects you to work a lot of overtime, and drink the koolaid.
