Before Joining ADP I heard will have lot of work pressure and not employee friendly. What I heard is completely trash. ADP is employee friendly I got complete support during my training from trainers, my colleagues and manager to. ADP cares for employees and makes sure they are safe and healthy which as good benefits . What I personally believe as long as we work and do our best we will surely have positive outcome.

No cons for ADP . People who want to learn new things and explore themselves best company .

Cons

Lack of support Inadequate training False promises from Sales High workload and being understaffed results in stressed out staff who don’t have the support and resources they need Year End is the worst time of the year
