Pros

The management was amazing super supportive and encouraging. The culture here is unlike any I have experienced previously. No micromanaging here. They literally have you take a quiz to get to know your strengths and how they can best utilize them on the team to make sure you have the best experience you can.

Cons

Alot of the people you work with may be contractors. The pay will be average and the insurance is very expensive and not the best quality.
