So much room for growth and opportunities

Pros

So many opportunities to get involved with stretch assignments and/or business resource groups to network or get your feet wet with new departments or jobs.

Cons

Sometimes you may have to ask management for such opportunities like stretch assignments multiple times or until one is available. But as long as you push yourself and get your name and known interest out there, you will have a chance.
