Pros

There are people who do want to help others to learn.

Cons

Company constantly messages the employees about NPS scores ad nauseam. You will work 60+ hours a week and the managers and management won't bat an eyelash. The work load is insane and if you do work heavy hours the company will put it on the employees for doing so. So really, it's never the companies fault that you felt the need to work OT to meet milestones so that the client doesn't complain and get the best feedback ever. It's never the manager that has to help the employees with the avalanche of work. It's not the companies fault the people have to work through lunch and literally sit at the desk all the day working. It's not upper managements fault that they set unrealistic expectations and ignore the calls from staff that they are overworked and burnt out. See a pattern here? The company is never at fault, don't have to help the employees even if they ask for help and and if there is turnover, well it's because the people couldn't handle it. Has nothing to do with the culture of insanity. Also you're expected to come into the office 3 days a week if your not remote. It's 2022 and you are expected to come into work, be in meetings all day, work until you're exhausted but boy all of that camaraderie is to be had. People are too busy to even do anything but go to the bathroom. The company will try to combat negativity by throwing trinkets at you, give you t-shirts, free lunches, etc but it gets old quick and you realize the time you spent working could have been with your family. The interview is key. It's what they don't tell you. Don't get lulled into a sense of warm and fuzzy. It's brutal and people who leave are the once who see through the garbage.
