      Pros

      Helps you get your foot in the door to sales, and can also be a place to earn a lot of money. Company culture is great!

      Cons

      A lot of unnecessary meetings and success is dependent on the role you're in. Some roles make it easy to hit quota while others seem impossible.

      -great work life balance -high earning potential -tons of incentives including bonuses, gifts, and time off -work hard play hard mentality -excellent training

      Cons

      -it's hard to justify using your time off because you miss opportunity -job could easily be done remote but they require 3 days in office -if you do well your quota sky rockets -high turnover
