I loved serving, bartending, retail sales so going into business sales made sense for me. I love the work life balance of B2B sales too! If you have the stamina to speak to people all day, curious personality, and you like to be an educator... then you get to help businesses and have the perks of being a sales person. ADP does a great job of incentives. There are a lot of layers of resources for training and help. You just have to ask and check in!

Cons

There is rejection in sales and a grind to that, but if you have discipline with prospecting... it works itself out and you will succeed.
