They incentivize the crap out of you. One of the best business practices I've ever seen! They are consistently trying to motivate you to do your job everyday. They have a REALLY awesome support system put in place in order to help you be successful: mentors, team leader, peer assistance. They give you the formula and tools of success, you just have to use them.

Cons

You have to be resilient. It's pressure. It's time management. At first, it's a whirlwind of not knowing what you need to know until you need to know it. There is a constant pressure of dials and quotas. This is the life of sales.
