      Pros

      ADP has a significant number of employees (referred to as associates) with 20 or more years of working for the company. This alone is a good indicator that ADP is a great company to work for. In my 18 years, I can say ADP truly values associates and works very hard to monitor associate job satisfaction. Leaders are encouraged to guide associates in roles and tasks that align with things that leave the associate feeling fulfilled. The pay at ADP is fair. ADP has access to more payroll data than any company and they use that data to help ensure that they are paying a fair wage.

      Cons

      ADP is a very large company and suffers from some of the common challenges found in a very large company.
