- Benefits - Schedule (fixed Weekends off)

Cons

- Team managers were sarcastic; - Too fast paced; lots of changes every week - Lot's of Product Outage every monday (it's the busiest day of the week so far) - since the product is difficult, Client is not considerate; lots of irate clients - No difference between an ordinary BPO company process - Underpaid; Lots of work but salary is too low

The job itself is not too toxic. The job is not a routine, it’s different scenarios most of the time. Work life balance (Sat-Sun fixed off)

PAY IS TOO SMALL MANAGEMENT IS POLITICAL FAVORITISM THEY WILL MAKE A WAY FOR YOU TO RESIGN IF THEY DON’T LIKE YOU
