Pros

You are given great opportunity for independence, and can almost make all your decisions as long you know what you are doing, and everything gets done.

Cons

There is no consistency among clients.\ No communication across divisions. And for a company that processes payroll, they do a bad job of processing there own.

Pros

Pay is not too bad, good benefits, respected company (good to have on resume). Close to home, vacation time, fun co-workers.

Cons

Job security - over the last year there have been a lot of layoffs which has caused the overall morale to suffer, and for people to start worrying about their own jobs. If you work at ADP, don't expect it to be easy...you will have a lot of long hours, sometimes a lack of guidance, and a lot of struggling while trying to find answers.
