I would not recommend this job

Cons

- No room for growth - The pay does not match the work load - This role title should be changed to "Account Manager" - The management and leadership make it very hard to succeed in this role - Leadership only cares about one client survey and that is the only metric essentially looked at for raises/bonus' - When giving feedback or new ideas, leadership and management push them to the side. Old mindset - The turnover is very high - People are constantly taking "leave of absence" due to the stress load
