Great career advancement and training opportunities. The benefits are terrific. They include tuition reimbursement immediately upon hire as well as pay raises for achieving certain certifcations

Cons

The pressure to get clients live on systems is intense. Getting them live is more important that ensuring that the system is configured to meet their needs

Pros

Stable company with long term employment opportunity. Managers have continued to stress a work/life balance. The size of the company and multitude of business units allows for diverse work opportunities.

Cons

Advancement opportunities are limited due the long term tenure of existing Sr. Management. There is a history of promoting employees with Sr tenure first over other qualities. The long term tenure of employees throughout the organization stifles innovation or the ability to think outside the box or how it's always been done in the past. Due to the conservative nature of the company, long term tenure is availalbe yet it does not allow the opportuntiy to weed out underachievers through layoffs.

Strong, steady employer. Decent job security.

Cons

The pay is not terrible, but not great. They expect a lot of overtime. You will find yourself doing a lot of the same work year after year.
