Pros

I was a client of ADP's before I decided to join the organization. It was the culture that drew me in first. The folks I would speak with from within the company made me want to be a part of this company. Pros would be culture, financial wellness, health & wellness, teamwork, personal and professional development, advancement.

Cons

It can take some time to establish yourself within your area of expertise, especially in a large organization. However, hard work does not go unnoticed. I can't think of any cons, but I will say this. No organization is perfect. ADP gets pretty freaking close, though.
