Long hours, no respect of personal time, toxic culture You are only allowed to take vacation in the month of August Your work on the Operating Plan 12 months of the year Lots of busy work, very little of the work is value add

Stay Away From Finance - Very Toxic

great health benefits opp to work remote competitive pay good coworkers

Cons

toxic culture - be prepared to be attacked verbally and cursed at unrealistic deadlines push back from taking vacations HIGH VERY HIGH TURNOVER!!! unprofessional sometimes you are kept late till 11 PM without even being offered dinner favoritism no room at all for promotions (each team has 1 manager and a few analyst) if you get hired for one most likely you will be thrown to some other manager you DID NOT get to meet previously

ADP TotalSource has a lot of great training, development, and growth opportunities. Since it is such a large company, I never felt stuck in my position. The role itself was challenging and interesting at the same time. I learned a lot.
