I had a wonderful experience working for ADP, moved on to greener pastures.

Cons

Corporate environment, but ADP is making strides to change this with more innovative approaches in their offices to attract a younger and more diverse workforce, such as Starbucks in the office and free gym.

Great Training program and wonderful team members.

Cons

Management doesn't want to adapt to changes. Very segmented and extremely hard to work as an integrated team across multiple departments.
