      Used to be a great

      Benefits are still ok but much less than they used to be Not much to say

      Cons

      Too KPI driven Used to let employees learn the job before sending them out to sell, now they want them On the phone in week 2 Territories too diluted Senior leadership decides associates’ value based on personal likes rather than results Service and implementation paid too little, so lots of turnover, lack of experience and incredibly poor customer experience
