Everything revolves around getting great customers in the door and keeping them happy. If you want to learn to sell come here. If you can sell, you will make lots of money here Best people. I know tons of people who are lifetime friends from working here, many who have got married working here and frequent stories of people leaving and coming back ADP is the market leader in every aspect. Don't let anyone say it doesn't have the best products & lots of support resources tons This place is run like an operational efficient machine & the people are very talented

There is alot of red tape & policies to navigate through With the exception of direct selling, it is hard to outpace the pace scale here. You can expect lots of experience and support, but you will give up personal market value when you get locked into pay grades and policy ADP values hard work & execution with disproportionate importance to intelligence, innovation & talent
