Pros

Great training, sales tools and data/analytics. Growth opportunities. They invest in technology and expertise in their beyond payroll products.

Cons

Culture can be toxic and competitive internally. They pin departments and people against each other. I could be the 15th person to call into a business owner on the same day asking them to evaluate ADP.
