Pay is on the lower end

Overwork their employees. Training is subpar. Held to standards that are above your pay grade. Encouraged to work more than your 40 hours but then frowned upon when overtime is actually submitted. Lower level management operates with their tails in between their legs to remain in alignment with the demands of senior leaders. Resulting in poor leadership and ground level employees being overworked for very little pay.
