      Pros

      The job itself was great, I enjoyed working with clients and firmly believe that PEO’s are a great option. Just not ADP’s PEO (or any other product for that matter)

      Cons

      This company is run by old world cronies. The technology seems like it is never updated, and when it does it updated it’s glitchy. It’s hard to sell a product that overall is just not good. Implementation teams and credit teams are horrible. And for being a payroll company the paid me the wrong hourly pay for 8 months, nobody noticed internally except for me and it took weeks of escalation to get it corrected! (They paid me 3 dollars less per hour then the should have)

      They assign you territory where you manage bank relationship, which is a great experience not only for full sales cycle, but also strategic partnership perspective. This experience can open lots of doors.

      Cons

      Your territory plays a big role whether you can hit your target or not.
