      ADP is a huge company, sometime things takes longer to happen, however it is the price we pay for being on company with 50K+ employees

      Pros

      I like the products we build and also the importance that the products has to the life of other people. It's great to know that 1 from 6 workers in the US are paid thru our applications and they use it in a daily basis to do various things there.

      Cons

      As most of the other companies, sometimes we have communication issues from the company to the employees. Maybe it's only in my unit and nothing bad across all units.
