As a normal district manage your hands are tied with working on a territory thats 20 years old and has been called to death, You are not allowed to work with CPAs or bankers even if you have connections and are basically just regulated to cold calling and cold dropping in on companies. More tenured people or people that can work with partners will often jump in and take companies off your list. You will not have the opportunity to do the same.
