Pros

Being hybrid is probably one of the best perks for working with the company. You get two days at home but you have to be in office Tuesday - Thursday. The benefits are decent and commission can be rewarding if you’re able to hit your quota.

Cons

Stress to hit your quota has gotten to an all time high. I’ve just made my second year however there’s a ton of stress from management. People in my department are literally upgrading clients to the next tier by signing their paperwork and providing them with “free months.” The sales integrity is lost and management doesn’t care unless you’re selling and it doesn’t matter how you’re getting your sales as long as you are making money. The work environment is extremely toxic and hard to get through at times. If you can get into sales I highly recommend to move around to a different department.

Pros

Benefits given from day 1 on the job, but they aren't that great.

Cons

Micro-managing. More work given with no extra pay. Call center is extremely busy and never staffed enough to handle the volume. Management doesn't seem to care too much about how their employees feel, the client is always more important.
