Work with people your age, they do host fun events sometimes.

Cons

I don’t know where to start. The most toxic leadership I have ever seen. I had to check how old I was sometimes because they treat you like you are 5 years old. Tracked on every single thing you do and have your manager breathe down your neck the whole time. Not to mention the other business units will suck your deals dry for their gain. Not paid enough for the amount of work we have to do to get each deal. Inside sales will be all over your territory, and have to split them in because they opened a bogus opportunity on your account. Get in, do your time, and move onto something else that will respect your worth .

compensation, employee care, love the president club as long as you believe and proof you could sell, you will get paid for your talent and recognized by awards.

Cons

company is too big and too old so the internal processes sometimes will be too time consuming and complicated.
