well known, well-respected company, lots of opportunity to learn and develop great skills in corporate finance

Cons

inefficient corporate structure with COE system, executive level has no concept of workload strain on employees and is obsessed with bottom-line with other areas of the business are seemingly able to spend freely. COE siloes analysts from business units and makes getting the job done infinitely more inefficient and difficult
