      Pros

      Very good company for work-life balance stable career. work load is managed by associate individually. Managers do not enter into micromanagement unless and until work get done. Good opportunity to have horizontal progress unlike vertical.

      Cons

      need to unleash new technologies that of legacy systems. 360 degree review is placed but need to be action orientated as no way to bypass middle management to seek help of upper

      Pros

      You can work some days of the week from home, there is flexibility in terms of office space, you are always on the move since they rent a temporary office in downtown Buenos Aires and there's no comfortable office spaces for employees

      Cons

      Weak and not smart management Don't have a lot of room to grow, they're only three-four managers and everything stays within them No comfortable office space
