      Pros

      Good, stable company in general, with good salaries and benefits, friendly environment and much team work. OK for ppl who like or used to play safe and survive in corp environment of a classic big org.

      Cons

      Average bureaucratic corporate giant with somewhat boring atmosphere. Looks like (in my experience) some managers, employees who work there for years created a "safety network", not letting new ppl advance, quietly resisting innovation, assuring "job security" for themselves. Heavy active outsourcing overseas. Not quite a right place for young, ambitious and talented tech professionals.

      Good training and development weak leadership in certain areas

      Pros

      Great brand and global client roster, good employee development opportunities talent management process not as complete or joined up as they think.

      Cons

      Poor management of territories and quotas for sales people, would rather lose individuals than address the actual underlying issues at play. All territories are not equal and no amount of arguing is going to make them so, weak leadership in certain areas along with an underlying aversion to rocking the boat even when it may be the right think to do for fear of compromising their own careers.
