Cons
Hikes not on par with the companies of same level.promotions will be more based on years of experience rather than skillset. Moreover they wants to follow satisfy everyone policy. Employee benefits are not much and everything will be as mentioned in CTC. Technology wise they give you freedom but you would not get much encouragement from your peers as there are many people who have settled down from a long time who thinks less about technology.
